Our Services

1

EDDY CURRENT

Nondestructive method that uses electromagnetic induction to detect flaws, measure material properties, and assess thickness in conductive materials.

Any defects, cracks, or variations in conductivity disrupt these currents, causing measurable changes in the coil’s impedance, which can be analyzed to detect and characterize flaws.

2

MAGNETIC PARTICLE

Nondestructive testing process where a magnetic field is used for detecting surface and shallow subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.

Examples of ferromagnetic materials: include ironnickelcobalt, and some of their alloys. The process puts a magnetic field into the part. The piece can be magnetized by direct or indirect magnetization.

3

DYE PENETRANT

An inspection method used to check surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics).

The penetrant may be applied to all non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials, although for ferrous components magnetic-particle inspection is often used instead for its subsurface detection capability.

4

ULTRASONIC

Testing techniques based on the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the object or material tested.

In most common UT applications, very short ultrasonic pulse waves with centre frequencies ranging from 0.1-15MHz and occasionally up to 50MHz, are transmitted into materials to detect internal flaws or to characterize materials.
